About us

We build the layer
that decides.

OpsNest Intelligence exists for one reason: in most manufacturing businesses, the information needed to prevent a failure already exists somewhere in the building, and nobody sees it in time.

Who we are

Engineers, not a dashboard vendor.

We are a UK operational intelligence company. We come from building production systems rather than selling reporting tools, and that shows in what we choose to work on. We are interested in the moment a decision gets made, who makes it, what they can see, and how much time they have left.

Everything we build is pointed at that moment. If an idea does not change what somebody does on a Tuesday morning, it does not belong in the product.

We would rather solve one operational problem completely than present ten of them on a screen.

Our goal

Make the consequence visible while it can still be changed.

Operations do not fail because people are careless. They fail because a supplier confirmation, a work centre constraint, an inspection hold and a carrier cut-off each sit in a different system, owned by a different person, and nothing in the business is holding them in one view.

Our goal is a connected intelligence layer that understands those dependencies, names the commitment at risk, shows the evidence behind it, and puts a real set of options in front of the person who can act. Not a better report. A shorter distance between a signal and a decision.

Why we do this

Because the cost of knowing late is paid by people.

A missed delivery is not a number on a chart. It is a planner staying late, a production manager rebuilding a schedule at seven in the morning, a customer service team making a call they should not have had to make, and a customer who trusts you slightly less than they did last month.

British manufacturing runs on experienced people doing that recovery work by hand, system by system, every week. It is skilled, invisible and exhausting, and almost all of it is avoidable with information the business already holds.

That is the work we want to take off them. Not their judgement, which is the valuable part, but the hours they spend assembling the picture before they can use it.

How we work

Practical intelligence. Earned trust.

Three commitments that decide what we will and will not build.

01 / Focus

Solve a real problem

We begin with a measurable operational challenge and a decision owner who can act on it. If we cannot name that person, we have not found the problem yet.

02 / Integration

Work with what exists

We connect to the systems you already run. We will not ask a business to replace its ERP or production tools to make our software easier to build.

03 / Accountability

Keep people in control

Read-only access, evidence attached to every risk, approvals for anything consequential, and a recorded outcome against every decision. Trust is the product.

Where we are

Early, and honest about it.

OpsNest is a young company. The Order Delivery Control Tower is our priority launch concept and the other nine solutions sit at earlier stages of discovery. We say so on every page, because a business deciding whether to work with us deserves to know exactly what exists.

What we can offer now is scoped discovery against a real operational problem, with the systems, the workflow and the measurable outcome agreed before anything is built. Our initial focus is medium-sized manufacturers across West Yorkshire, with an approach designed to extend well beyond them.
